This isn’t a "sit-behind-a-desk" role. It’s a dynamic, on-the-road sales and service position where your office changes every day. You’ll be out in the community, building genuine relationships and delivering risk solutions that actually make a difference to rural families.
Hitting the Road: Visiting farms to conduct on-site risk analysis and offer tailored solutions.
Owning Your Patch: Growing and managing your own portfolio of rural clients.
Community Presence: Building trust with local farmers through face-to-face expertise.
Driving Growth: Proactively converting leads into long-term, loyal partnerships.
Local Knowledge: You are currently residing in Armidale, Glenn Innes, Inverell or surrounding areas. Local roots matter.
Ag-Fluent: You have a demonstrated background, exposure, or a deep interest in the Agriculture sector.
Sales Grit: You’ve worked to targets before. You know how to identify new business, manage a pipeline, and close a deal.
Stability & Commitment: We are looking for someone who wants to plant roots. You have a demonstrated track record of commitment and are looking for your next long-term career move.
On Offer: Up to $127K pkg (subject to exp) Variable Rem + health and welfare benefits.

Flexibility: Hybrid
Extra: Insurance experience is a plus, however, we’ll back the right person. If you have a background in Ag-Banking, Sales and Customer service with a strong connection to the farm community, we’ll pay for your RG146 and provide full training.
